Terms and Conditions

Shipping & Delivery

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Each pair of eyewear from our online shop is custom and made-to-order, which makes each one uniquely different. Because of this, additional processing time may be required. Rise Sport offers a single flat fee shipping on domestic orders, through Priority Class USPS mail. Rise Sport currently does not service country's outside of the United States or Canada. Canada orders are shipped via First Class USPS International Service. Rise Sport offers free delivery for orders totaling over $100.00.

 

Returns & Replacements (Cancellation Policy)

Our eyewear comes with a 10-day return policy on items purchased directly from our online store for either a full refund or an exchange. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with "Return" or "Exchange" written on it. 

It is encouraged that you send your product by a traceable method. Rise Sport is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. We also offer a 90-day limited manufacturers warranty, to support our customers from the daily usage of our eyewear. 

*All returns require a return authorization code from Rise Sport. To obtain a return authorization code, please email us at: Returns@RiseSportiWear.com, provide your email address, name, and invoice number and we will email you the return authorization code that must be included in your shipment package back to us, along with your full name and contact information and reason for return.

Warranty

Rise Sport reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase and order number from our online store to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Rise Sport will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If a product is not considered to be defective (scratched lenses are not considered defective), Rise Sport will repair the item at a reasonable charge.

Ordering

Ordering through RiseSportiWear.com is easy and simple, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and "PayPal" through our online e-commerce platform, Shopify Inc.

Please allow 3 business days for your order to process. A tracking number will be issued via email once your package has been processed in our shipping department.

Your Submitted Text 

You agree that any custom text you submit to us ("Submitted Text") is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • You represent and warrant that your Submitted Text is not abusive, threatening, unlawful, libelous, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
  • You agree that Rise Sport might not process your order to enforce these Terms.

Rise Sport sunglasses are proudly designed in Brooklyn, NY and assembled in the United States.

Taxes & Import Fees

Rise Sport is not responsible for any actions taken by the customs or the chosen package delivery service. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and Rise Sport has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rise Sport, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
